Following a report, an alleged breach of the incompatibilities regime by a civil servant due to the exercise of a private professional activity was examined. The simultaneous exercise of a professional activity was verified, although it was not found that the previous private activity could have disturbed the objectivity of action in the public services deployed or undermined their effectiveness, or reduced dedication, and the actions taken were communicated to the Ministry for Digital Transformation and the Public Service, as well as to the College of Secretaries, Auditors and Treasurers of the Local Administration of Barcelona.
