The irregular accumulation of two jobs by a municipal civil servant is analyzed, and formal irregularities are detected in that accumulation, although it is noted that the issue was being the subject of a contentious administrative procedure, as well as that the General Directorate of the Civil Service of the Ministry of Finance and Civil Service had initiated a file for possible disciplinary liability, for which reason the Anti-Fraud Office archived the proceedings.
