As a result of a report, the alleged treatment of the council in favor of the companies that in 2017 were awarded with the technical project for the correction of deficiencies in public lighting in Pallejà has been the subject of an investigation. In this tender, public procurement regulations would have been violated by processing, through the direct award method, through minor contracts, a tender that should have been carried out by open procedure, with publicity and concurrence.
