On the basis of a report, the alleged non-compliance with the regulations on incompatibilities on the part of an official due to the fact of accumulating two activities in this council has been examined. From the investigative actions it appears that the resolution of irregular appointment was left without effect months later by the same corporation, with which and by virtue of the principles of effectiveness, efficiency, subsidiarity, proportionality and congruence that must inform the action of the Office, the archiving of the present actions is considered pertinent, since the reported irregular situation was rectified shortly after it occurred. However, and in the event that this appointment, eventually ineffective, had produced some economic effect, it is considered appropriate to address a communication to the Pallejà Town Council in order to certify, if applicable, that the economic perceptions able to perceive on the occasion of the appointment -which was subsequently declared ineffective- had been regularized, and until its effective termination.
