After receiving a report, the possible irregularities in which the Pallaresos Town Council could have incurred have been investigated, having provided that its own, permanent, habitual functions, which would involve the exercise of authority of municipal technician, during the years 2015 to 2017, provided by contracting an outsourced service; and, where applicable, incorrect invoicing to a natural person representing a company as if it had been the successful bidder, despite the fact that in the tender, and finally, the successful bidder, would have presented itself as a legal entity. The possible repercussions of the provision of professional services in breach of the law without an employment contract for the purposes of Social Security and the possible deficiencies in the invoicing of a natural person and two companies linked to it would also have been examined.
