As a result of an anonymous report, the alleged incompatibility of a professor at the National Institute of Physical Education of Catalonia (Campus Lleida) with a commercial company, of which he is the owner and administrator, which provides services within the framework of the subjects taught by the professor, has been investigated. Since the examination of the documentation obtained in the course of the action has established the incompatibility, a hearing procedure has been given to the affected person, who has not responded. Taking into account the above, it has been decided to send a reasoned report to the General Directorate of the Civil Service so that the General Inspection Area of ​​Personnel Services of its dependence can act in this regard, taking into account that among its functions is that of exercising those established by current legislation on the regime of incompatibilities of senior officials and personnel in the service of the Administration of the Generalitat and its public sector, and also those that refer to conflicts of interest.
