Following a complaint, the alleged conflict of interest of the person in charge of a department of the Barcelona History Museum, who allegedly participated in the hiring of a person with whom he would have personal and family ties, has been examined. This action would involve a violation of the regulations on incompatibilities and would have resulted in a favorable treatment of the winning company.
