As a result of a complaint received, a possible favorable treatment granted by the council to a company in the processing of the procedures for certification of urban planning compatibility and activity license of a business has been examined. The investigative actions have revealed irregularities in the processing of the administrative procedure for granting an activity license to the aforementioned trading company, which could have been granted in contravention of an urban planning certificate issued days earlier by the same administration. Those irregularities prove a deficient action by the public administration concerned, which affects not only the validity of the administrative act granting the license for aforementioned activity but also calls into question the action of the people responsible, technical and political, who intervened in this procedure. Discarded the criminal relevance of the facts, as it was certified at the time by the urban crimes service of the Provincial Prosecutor's Office of Barcelona, ​​the action ends with a decision to archive given that the possible disciplinary responsibilities derived from the irregularities found are prescribed.
