The object of the action focuses on a possible violation of the regime of incompatibilities of personnel in the service of Public Administrations in relation to the exercise of a private activity by a public official. From the investigative actions, it is concluded that the aforementioned private activity is carried out without having requested the corresponding compatibility, a fact that poses a violation of the regulations on incompatibilities and a disciplinary violation.
