Following the report filed, proceedings were initiated in relation to alleged irregularities linked to the pension plan of the employees of the Barcelona Metropolitan Railway. Given the state-level competence attributed to the General Directorate of Insurance and Pension Funds, regarding the superior supervision of pension plans and funds, the filing was resolved with a communication to this entity. The General Directorate of Insurance and Pension Funds requested from our Office the submission of all the documentation obtained during the course of the proceedings.
