The purpose of the actions is to investigate alleged irregularities that could have been committed by an entity that would have received subsidies from various local entities, mainly from Mataró City Council. In the course of the actions, it was established that, on the part of the Mataró City Council, the corresponding file for the partial revocation of subsidies would have been initiated. As for the rest of the subsidies, which date from 2003, it would in all probability have prescribed the right of the affected administrations to recognize or liquidate their reinstatement. In view of the above, it is agreed that the actions will be archived, although a communication will be sent to the Mataró City Council to be aware of the final result of the procedure for the partial revocation of the subsidies.
