In response to the report filed, the possible conflict of interest, materialized by a municipal official of the Masquefa Town Council, is examined with regard to the contracting of fuel supplies for biomass boilers of the municipal facilities, specifically, of the new municipal swimming pool and the football field. Having ruled out the possible link between the elected official and the awarded companies, no elements were detected from which a possible violation of public procurement or transparency regulations could be inferred, and in light of this, the investigative action is archived.
