As a result of a report, the irregularities related to an alleged favorable treatment by the Masnou City Council towards a company dedicated to sports activities that would be using public spaces without the payment of any public fee have been examined. The actions taken confirm that irregularities have occurred, but they are not of a fraudulent or corrupt nature. A possible irregularity has been detected in the processing of the legalization procedure for the business activity and a special use of the beach area of the municipal term of Masnou without any type of license or authorization. These dysfunctions have been communicated to the council so that it can act accordingly.
