As a result of a report, possible favorable treatment related to irregularities in the bidding and awarding of the contract for the rehabilitation of a building has been examined. In the investigative actions, possible invalidating defects have been found with respect to the tender documents for the rehabilitation work and in the awarding of the contract that could have violated public procurement regulations. It has also been identified an irregular division in the subject of the works contract, divided into different phases.
