As a result of a report, the alleged breach of transparency regulations by the council for not responding to requests for access to public information made by a citizen has been examined. From the actions carried out, it would seem that the reported conduct would fall under the circumstances that are included as a minor violation of Law 19/2014, but the presumed responsibilities would be time-barred, so the initiation of the possible procedure to determine the possible existence of administrative responsibilities would not proceed. In this case, taking into account the time that has passed, that there is no indication of any element of corruption and taking into account the principles of effectiveness and fairness, it is considered appropriate to file the action.
