The report established alleged irregularities in the local police selection procedures, which would have resulted in possible favoritism towards certain candidates. Each of the procedures reported is studied and it is verified that some of the interim civil servants stopped performing their duties in this entity and that others acquired the status of career civil servant in other entities. With regard to these cases, the action was decided to be filed. However, in general terms, a reminder was issued to the local entity to carry out a task of temporary forecasting of recurring personnel needs and organize the corresponding selection processes.
