Following a report related to a breach of transparency regulations by the council, actions were initiated that determined the City Council's resistance to responding to the complainant's requests in the context of a union labor dispute, which would entail a breach of current sectoral regulations. Finally, the actions were decided to be filed, since there was no element indicating corruption, although a communication was made to the council.
