As a result of a report, the alleged conflict of interest related to the awarding of contracts to a company, that would have shown its explicit support to the elected officials participating in the bidding procedures, has been examined. As a conclusion of the actions carried out, a report is sent to the municipal corporation to examine the possible real conflict of interest materialized in the person of one of the elected positions and, if applicable, the possible serious infringement of the Transparency, Access to Public Information and Good Governance Act, on the part of the two elected positions, as well as the possible declaration of injury due to the irregularities detected in the matter of public procurement, specifically with regard to the minor public contracts that are the subject of this action.
