The irregular hiring and selection of personnel in different positions in the local entity were reported, such as administrative assistants, workers in various municipal areas and computer technicians. Leaving aside the people stabilized by the civil service regulations, the municipal corporation was requested to provide the positions permanently or to create job vacancies to cover the personnel needs.
