These actions focus on the possible incompatibility in which a municipal official may have incurred due to the fact of simulating this facet with that of a municipal advisor, as an external contractor through an administrative service contract, in another local entity. From the investigative actions, a possible violation of the law on incompatibilities of the municipal official is confirmed.
