Following a report about possible undue favors in the public company of the Lladorre Town Council linked to the operation of a ski resort in matters of civil service and recruitment, the possible reported irregularities were investigated and determine that most of them originated in 2011 and that many of them would no longer be occurring, such as the irregular hiring of a person for short and very specific periods of time, the improper use of agreements for employment and contractual relationships and contracts with recurring objects. For this reason, the action was archived, but, nevertheless, a recommendation was sent to the local entity in order to adopt measures to guarantee compliance with the administrative regulations for the selection and recruitment of all the personnel of the public company adjusted to the criteria of the Basic Statute of the Public Employee, and of the public procurement regulations for those services repeated over time, while analyzing and determining the appropriate bidding procedures to satisfy the needs of general interest that it is necessary to satisfy and avoid undue fractionalization of contractual objects.
