How should the Anti-Fraud Office be notified of the appointment and dismissal of the person(s) responsible for the Internal Information System?

(Article 8)

In accordance with article 8.3 of Law 2/2023, both the appointment and the termination of the natural person individually designated as responsible for the System, as well as of the members of the collegiate body, must be notified to the Anti-Fraud Office of Catalonia within the following ten working days, specifying, in the case of termination, the reasons that justified it.

• Public sector: the completed form must be sent to Anti-Fraud through EACAT.
