(Article 10)
Until there is a regulatory development of Law 2/2023 that establishes how the calculation of the number of workers must be carried out, for the purposes of determining which are the entities required to have an Internal Information System in the which the art. 10.1 a) of this Law refers to, it is reasonable to use, to carry out this calculation, what is provided for in art. 3 of Royal Decree 901/2020, of 13 October, which regulates equality plans.
Reasons of pragmatism and the promotion of a culture of alertness justify this criterion.
