Following a report, the possible fraudulent or corrupt action by the Hospitalet de Llobregat City Council has been analyzed in relation to the payment to certain public workers of a series of remuneration concepts or salary increases, not collected in the collective agreement, which supposedly would have been satisfied in return for certain favors made by those people in certain elected positions of the government team. In the course of the action, it became known that the same report had also been presented to the Provincial Prosecutor's Office of Barcelona, ​​which had initiated investigative proceedings that were archived for not being credited in the facts investigated indications of the commission of any crime with criminal relevance. Consequently, in view of the pronouncement of the Public Prosecutor's Office, which excludes the existence of any criminal conduct and any criminal liability, it was agreed to archive the action.
