The object of these actions has been the alleged illegal municipal conduct, opposed to the integrity and probity of public servants, framed in a possible irregular use or destination of public funds of the Town Council. These facts would be a consequence of the acquisition of a series of products that, apparently, would not respond to any need of the municipal services. The probable delivery of gifts, made by the supplier of the said products, and accepted by a certain elected official of the Corporation has also been examined.
