The selection process for a municipal security guard position is analyzed in which the candidate was selected without having, at the time of submitting the application, the driving licenses required in the call. After having analyzed the selection process reported in relation to another that was carried out later, in which the licenses required were explained, it is urged to review ex officio the resolution of the Mayor's Office appointing the selected person.
