As a result of a report about an alleged favorable treatment of a person on the basis of alleged irregularities in his appointments since 2011 as temporary staff, multiple related documents have been examined, as a result of which it has been verified, on the one hand, that the appointments, ratifications and terminations as contingent personnel conform to the applicable legal system and, on the other hand, that the training and previous career of the allegedly favored person was consistent with the functions to develop in the eventual positions occupied. In accordance with these checks, and taking into account, in addition, that the report of favorable treatment was received many years after the beginning of the alleged irregularities and that the referred person is not in the list of the relationship of senior positions, casual and managerial staff, and their remuneration, published with an update date of October 2023, the action has been archived.
