The Office initiated an ex officio investigative action to analyze; on the one hand, the execution, by the entity Fundació Privada Resilis, of the public service management contract relating to the employment service for 20 places at the Nostra Senyora de la Misericòrdia shelter center (Oikia center) in Girona, and the possible irregularities, infractions or illegalities that may have been committed within the framework of this file, mainly during the years 2017 and 2018; and, on the other hand, the actions carried out by the Supervision and Protectorate Service in relation to the Fundació Acció Social Infància (FASI) and the possible irregularities that may have arisen from it. Once the actions were completed, it was resolved to initiate ex officio, on its own initiative, two files for a prior assessment of plausibility. The first action, which focused on the analysis of alleged irregularities in the accounting and billing of the entity Fundació Privada Resilis within the framework of the execution of the management contract for the public service referred to, has been closed as a plan because no corrupt behavior has been proven. The second action aims to promote, monitor and control the processing of a file initiated by the Supervision and Protectorate Service with respect to the entity FASI, an action that is currently pending completion.
