The object of these actions has been an alleged favored treatment granted by the council to a temporary worker of a municipal public company. With regard to the job held by this person, there is no evidence that any provision procedure has been followed in accordance with the principles of merit and capacity, ie there is no evidence of the mandatory selection process or a compliant provision conform to the prescriptions established in the civil service regulations. This breach could lead to the full nullity of the hiring of the affected worker.
