This investigative action consisted of analyzing the possible irregular hiring of the citizen relations technician, with the unfavorable opinion of the municipal secretary and without respecting the determinations of the job list. As a result of the investigations carried out, the municipal corporation was urged to definitively fill the aforementioned position and, simultaneously, it was urged to carry out the evaluation of the jobs of the municipal staff in accordance with the applicable regulations.
