Following a report, the use for private purposes of the execution of a municipal paving project, which would favor and increase the value of land owned by an elected official of the council, is being analysed. Of the investigative actions in relation to the processed urban license files, it is not known that the procedure for an environmental report or consultation was formalized to the competent body, nor is there a declaration of the necessity or not of its request and, if there had been necessary, the processing of the corresponding environmental impact. In this sense, the corporation is urged to inspect these facts and, if necessary, make an ex officio review, at the same time that this fact is communicated to the Department of Territory and Sustainability and the Department of Climate Action, Food and Rural Agenda, so they can urge the Town Council, if applicable, to process the corresponding environmental suitability report or any other file that corresponds.
