Following a report, it has been analyzed the possible urban prevarication and the omission of the duty to preserve urban legality, by the municipal government team and the technical staff, for having allowed the existence and operation of a non-legalized industrial activity on non-developable land of special protection. From the actions carried out, it is concluded that, taking into account the concurrence of two administrative contentious procedures in process on which the identity of object and subject is appreciated with respect to the complaint raised before our institution and also considering that the municipal corporation has adopted the decisions and initiated the appropriate management in order to comply with urban and environmental legality, it is agreed that this action will be archived.
