Based on a report, possible irregularities that could have been committed during the execution of the contract for the construction of a municipal facility were analysed. Having had access to the various municipal files, it was verified that acts could have been agreed upon by a non-competent municipal body, the publication of modified contract changes would not have been carried out and the possibility of submitting integrated offers was not foreseen in the tendering of the contract, a circumstance that would cause the need to review ex officio the decisions taken. Regarding the material execution of the object of the contract, it is urged that an audit or equivalent document is drawn up regarding the works actually carried out.
