The purpose of these actions has been to investigate the alleged treatment in favor of La Floresta Town Council to a company in relation to some works that were to be carried out in 2014 to expand a farm, in which would not have collected the mandatory urban planning fees for the construction of some farm buildings, nor the receipts corresponding to the supply and consumption of water. These actions have ended with a resolution of filing, without prejudice to the documented verification of the effective payment of the mandatory fees.
