The object of the present action focuses on an alleged conflict of interest of an elected position of the Falset Town Council for the corporation's contracts with a company with which it would have a commercial link. As a result of the investigative actions, an omission is found in the declaration of activities and assets of the elected office and it is considered that there are multiple reasons for abstention in the recruitment procedures by the mentioned person, without having done so use in any case, breaching the legally established obligation. Likewise, it is notorious that the aforementioned elected position would be an administrator of the awarded company, a fact that automatically implies the prohibition of a contract between this company and the Falset Town Council.
