The object of these actions focuses on possible irregularities in the use and destination of the endowments assigned to the municipal groups of the City Council of Esplugues de Llobregat during the exercise 2016, and in its control. Initially, the action focused on the funds allocated to a specific municipal group, but in view of the results, the examination was extended to the other municipal groups, on which there are reasonable doubts about compliance with the legal limitations to the destination of the assigned endowments.
