Due to a report, the alleged favoritism linked to the process of selection and appointment of the person responsible for a municipal facility has been examined. Their recruitment had not been preceded by any selective procedure with advertising and competition, so that the principles of equality, merit, capacity and publicity that must govern the procedures for the provision of labor personnel by the municipal entity were violated. This is why the Town Council is urged to ex officio review the Municipality's Decree that ordered the appointment.
