The purpose of these actions has been to examine the alleged irregularities in public procurement, in the framework of the implementation of the plan "Local Governments Network 2012-2015", which would have resulted in a favorable treatment of certain contracting companies, which would have benefited from unjustified extra costs in the works executed, carried out by means of modifications in fact, with risk of supposition of use or irregular destination of public funds. Also, irregularities have been found in the processing of the tender procedure, such as the unjustified use of the urgent processing of the procurement file, the lack of justification for the non-incorporation of price as an award criterion, the lack of specification in the description of the improvements as an award criterion, the lack of contribution of the formalized acts of the agreements of the contracting board and the lack of sufficient documentation accrediting the execution of the contract.
