Following the report of a possible infringement of the incompatibility regime by a person who holds a position of deputy director general in the Directorate General of the Public Service of the Generalitat of Catalonia (Catalan Government), several investigative actions have been carried out. From the examination of the information and documentation obtained in the course of the action, and once the opinion of the person affected has been assessed, it is concluded that compatibility had not been requested to carry out a second private professional activity, which implies an infringement of the incompatibility regulations, which is aggravated by the appointment to a position that has special dedication hours, which poses an additional incompatibility factor. So a reasoned report has been sent to the Good Governance Area of ​​the Generalitat de Catalunya, with the content of the considerations, so that it takes the actions it considers relevant and complies with the provisions of article 21.1 of Law 14/2008, of November 5.
