Following a report that indicated a possible favorable treatment, in the predetermination of the result of the public tender called in February 2021 for the lease of a warehouse destined to locate a logistics and warehouse center of the General Directorate of Prevention and Extinction of Fires and Rescues (DGPEIS) of the Department of Home Affairs, in favor of the owner of the warehouse adjacent to which, at that time, the warehouse of the DEGPEIS was occupied, the tender file has been examined without has not been able to demonstrate any element indicative of the aforementioned predetermination, given that the new location was open to warehouses located in three different counties and that, in any case, the award to the company that owns or manages the warehouse has not been perfected indicated by the complaint. For these reasons, the action has been archived.
