This investigative action, initiated following an anonymous report, has revolved around an alleged breach of the incompatibility regulations by the director of an art school, since, according to the report, he would be carrying out private activities as an architect in his architectural firm and in the College of Architects of Catalonia, within working hours and without having a compatibility resolution from the Department of Education and Vocational Training; likewise, he would not be complying with the teaching hours foreseen in the regulations. Once the actions carried out were completed, the actions have been archived since it has been concluded that the aforementioned director has nothing to do with the architectural firm reported about, which did request and obtain compatibility for the architectural activity in the private sphere, and, finally, that no irregularities have been detected regarding the compliance with his teaching hours.
