Decentralized Municipal Entity (EMD) of Pi

Following a report, the object of these actions has been to determine the existence of an alleged favoritism linked to a double payment, made by the entity EMD of Pi, at the end of 2015 and the beginning of 2016, to a contractor company for work carried out and which would have been subsidized in 2009 and 2010 by the Department of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries. These actions have ended with a decision to archive, given that it has been proven that no irregular payment has taken place.
