By means of a complaint, irregularities are reported in the specific supplements paid by the Cubelles Town Council to civil servants in groups C1 and C2, which would have been disproportionate considering the degree of responsibility of the position, compared to those received by technical staff in group A2. Based on the documentation in the file, it has been possible to verify that the reported salary inequalities were amended with the modification of the List of Jobs. The complainant has not reported any other irregularities beyond the dysfunctions in the specific supplements corresponding to each group. In view of this, it is agreed to archive the action plan.
