Following a report, the presumed favorable treatment granted to the contractor company of the service of maintenance of the gardening and the trees of the municipality has been examined, by the fact that the Town Council of Constantí would have adjudged the execution to him of these services without any public tender. These actions have ended with an archiving resolution.
