Consortium for Linguistic Standardization
March-2021
As a result of a complaint, the eventual improper payment by the Consortium for Linguistic Standardization of various types of salary supplements to its staff has been the subject of an investigation: due to the position, which continue to be paid despite the fact that it is no longer employed the position, and remuneration of supplements not provided for in the collective agreement or approved by the Board of Directors. These actions have ended with a decision to archive, given that the facts have been the subject of concurrent control by the Audit Office and the Court of Auditors. In the present case, it is considered that the object of the investigation action falls, taking into account, first, the results of the jurisdictional action of the Court of Auditors and, second, the principles of congruence, necessity and proportionality and the criteria of economy, simplicity and effectiveness to which, among others, the action of this Office must be subjected.
