The Anti-Fraud Office has examined a possible favorable treatment in a possible irregular fractionation reported in the hiring of a certain company for the advisory services for the Strategic Plan of gender equality policies of the Government of the Generalitat of Catalonia (Catalan Government) in the year 2017. Given that the existence of a second contract for the aforementioned services could not be proven, the division on which the complaint was based could not be proven. The performance has been archived.
