The object of these actions is the presumed irregular modification of the concession of extraction of water that has a mercantile on the aquifer Carme-Capellades between the years 2016 and 2018. The presumed irregular modification would consist of the increase of the volume of water extracted, despite the refusal of some administrations, but with the alleged authorization of the officials of the Catalan Water Agency (ACA) in return, presumably, for illegal pecuniary donations. These actions have ended with an archiving resolution.
