The object of these actions concerns an alleged breach of the regulations on incompatibilities of managerial personnel of the Catalan Finance Institute (ICF) due to the relationship that maintains with certain companies. The action ends with a filing decision since, as a result of the investigative actions, it is concluded that, although the affected person did not report the indirect minority stake in any of the companies, it is not known that they have carried out activity for the public sector.
