As a result of a report in which it was pointed out, on the one hand, the possible undue influence of a managerial position in the proposed modification of the Sports Law processed during the year 2016 and, from other, a possible violation of the Incompatibilities Act by the mentioned position once it has ceased, its intervention in the aforementioned legislative procedure has been investigated, as well as the possible breach of the prohibition to intervene in private activities after the termination regulated in article 7 of Law 13/2005, of 27 December, on the regime of incompatibilities of senior officials in the service of the Generalitat. Of the actions taken, it has not been possible to prove undue influence on the modification of the Sports Law, nor the violation of the incompatibilities regulations. Likewise, although it has been detected that the former high-ranking person did not present the relevant declarations of activities and interests on the occasion of his termination and that the administration did not claim them, it must be considered that, despite not complying fully the obligation, the assumption of possible serious infringement for failure to present the declarations on the occasion of his termination would already be prescribed. According to the results of the actions taken, the action has been archived.
