As a result of a report in which alleged irregularities were pointed out in the Catalan Consumer Agency (ACC), related to the hiring of companies between the years 2018 and 2020 in charge of the sanctions imposed by the public body and centered in the use of minor procurement, the affected procurement files have been examined. Given that no evidence of corruption has been detected, that on the date of the report the statute of limitations was quite close for the oldest contracts reported and that, in any case, the results of the controls of the intervention of the Generalitat de Catalunya with respect to ACC's minor contracts were satisfactory in its 2020 report, the action has been archived.
